Return Policy

The books and other physical products you will buy from me are print on demand from Books By, Fourthwall, and other companies. They produce the products and send them directly to you. I will never physically produce, handle, or inspect the physical products you by from me. The companies that fulfill your order will have their own quality control measures. In the unlikely event they ship you a defective or incorrect product, you will need to reach out to them directly for them to resolve the issue. That is how products that contain my intellectual property (i.e., a paperback novel I've written, or a poster with the art from one of my novels, or a coffee mug with an image or saying I have designed) on a physical product would be handled if the fulfillment company makes an error, and you don't get what you ordered or it is somehow defective. Most of those companies will either give you a refund or make an exchange for you.

For any digital product that I sell you, I most likely cannot offer a refund. Once you pay for it, you will have it immediately. Once you have it, you got what you paid for in the advertised condition. If, in the highly unlikely even that something strange happens and you do not receive the product, you get the wrong product, or there is a glitch that double bills you, email me directly at "linkrayburn (at) goldenserif (dot) com" explaining what happened and I will attempt to troubleshoot the issue.
